Meat in a can!

Not sure what to cook for dinner? Need a yummy suggestion for that picnic lunch? Here’s some SPAM recipes they’ll really love a bunch! Try the following recipes and serving suggestions and you’re sure to be a hit with the family tonight!

Want something quick for dinner that’s not a fuss? Just slice SPAM canned meat and grill or fry as you would a beef patty. Place on bun with your favorite toppings, and voila, you’ve got a SPAM burger!

Here’s a great idea! Cube SPAM canned meat and add to BBQ beans. You’ll wonder why you ever used franks.

“What’s for breakfast, oatmeal again, I fear?” “Why, SPAM and eggs, my dear!” Just slice and skillet fry SPAM and serve as a breakfast meat with eggs of any style.


1 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
2 T Italian Seasoning
1 clove fresh garlic, pressed
1/8 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 can SPAM, chopped
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Mix all in mixer.
Roll into ball while coating with crushed pecans.



  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 1 package bacon
  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Classic cut into 32 cubes
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
2. Partially cook bacon; drain on paper towel. Cut each slice bacon in half.
3. Wrap bacon around each cube SPAM® Classic; secure with wooden pick. In 13×9-inch baking dish, place SPAM® bites.
4. In bowl, combine mustard, brown sugar and apple juice; mix well. Drizzle mustard mixture over bacon-wrapped SPAM®. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
