How It Works:
- First, ’Berta will ask you to fill out a pre-flight questionnaire about your business structure, goals, and challenges so that ’Berta has a better sense of your business and what it’s all about. This is a key step to making sure that the conversation is the most productive for you.
- You can find the booking link here and please fill out this questionnaire a minimum of 72 hours prior to your session. ’Berta will send you an invoice via FreshBooks for your records. She prefers payment via Zelle and or Venmo (@leaveittoberta), which is required before the Spacewalk session.
- After she receives your questionnaire and payment, ’Berta will review your answers in preparation for your initial 90-minute Spacewalk. The initial Spacewalk will involve a deeper dive into your current branding, your goals and challenges, how you want to move forward, plus actionable steps you can take towards creating a brand strategy that aligns with your business.
- Next, ’Berta will create a customized Mission Flight Plan (aka Brand Strategy and Action Plan) for your review. You may also schedule an additional 60-minute Spacewalk to go over the details of your flight plan and ask questions.
- Topics typically covered during a Spacewalk may include:
- How your logo, colors, fonts, and aesthetic style can power your business
- The state of your current branding and how you currently market your business
- Your value add
- Your future goals for building your business and attracting your ideal customers
- Recommendations to level up your brand
- The best process for self-assessment and follow-up with appropriate tools
- How ’Berta can provide various forms of feedback and support along the way
- Any projects you might need help (see ’Berta’s Intergalactic Service Level Packages)
Initial Spacewalk package includes: an onboarding questionnaire, a welcome kit, an intensive 90-Minute Test Flight, a Mission Flight Plan, and a follow-up 60-Minute Spacewalk.
Additional hourly Spacewalk (consulting) slots are available.
