Scope: book cover design for book series
Project Objectives: The Erica Banks series follows the main character, an amateur assassin, who started out her killing career avenging the sexual assault which left her sister paralyzed by systematically killing the perpetrators. She’s clever and always a few steps ahead of investigators, but at some point starts feeling the heat and needs to get out of Dodge. Centered around New Orleans, the plots all revolve around water in some way thus the watery vibe to all the covers in the series so far.
From the author’s website: Bill Black, is a mystery fanatic and the debut author of the forthcoming novel The Last Mardi Gras. A former publishing executive with a romantic heart and a self-described “stomach for messes,” Bill helped develop several legendary book series including Goosebumps and The Baby-Sitters Club.
